Kata Preformed Slowly in "First Person" View

To help you learn Karate Kata I have introduced "First person Kata" which is kata preformed as the view of the person preforming the kata. Hopefully this will help people who find it hard to learn kata from the normal videos and books be able to move forward in their training and after practice become a better all round martial artist
